Netpublicator Docs and related services owned by Netpublicator Apps AB, hereinafter mentioned as Netpublicator.
Users of the service Netpublicator Docs may not publish material that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, harmful to a minor or that constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights or that otherwise would violate a third party's rights.
It is the users and not Netpublicator who draws the line of what is contained within each user's democratic rights by law regarding free speech. Netpublicator Docs monitors thus not the content of our users' documents.
Netpublicator can not be held responsible for what users publish but we evaluate public-species material after prompting. Netpublicator owns the right to remove material from its servers without the consent of the user who published the material.
Management of Personal Information
The personal information we collect about you handled according to the European General Data Regulation. The data stored is necessary for us to be able to offer the service and meet the wishes you have as a customer. Personal data and documents are deleted when the account / service is canceled.No information is disclosed to third parties.
Dealing with personal notes
Entries created by you, the user can only be seen by you, provided that you do not share them with any other user.No personal notes is shared to a third party unless decided by the Swedish court.
